• Vinyl records and other physical music media
• Accessories and collectibles
• Digital downloads

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most regions worldwide except Asia and certain remote areas. Please check our Shipping Info page for current details.

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate) via DHL or FedEx – typically 10-15 business days after shipment
2. Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS – typically 15-25 business days after shipment

These are estimated transit times only. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may apply to your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your merch! If something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Final Sale Items

To protect the artists and the special nature of their work, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• All vinyl records
• Digital downloads
• Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition”

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and details about what you’d like to return/exchange
3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow:

• 7-10 business days for us to process the refund
• Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, was defective, or we made an error in your order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Send photos of the damaged product and its packaging, and we’ll ship a replacement to you ASAP at no additional cost.
