We’re music fans first, and we stand by the quality and authenticity of every single item we curate. We work directly with artists and labels to bring you the real deal. Supporting artists should never mean compromising on quality.

Where do you ship from?
We ship worldwide from our home base in Tampa, Florida, USA (221 Tetrick Road, Tampa, US 33624).

We’ve got two distinct shipping vibes to choose from:

Partnering with DHL or FedEx for reliable, tracked delivery. Arrives at your door within 10-15 business days after we ship it.

🎸 Free Shipping: The Classic Set (Free on orders $50+)
Our eco-friendlier option via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days after shipment for delivery.
How long does it take to process my order?
We’re not a faceless warehouse! Our dedicated team of music fans carefully picks, packs, and quality-checks every order. This process typically takes 1-2 business days before it’s handed off to our shipping partners.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally! However, please note that deliveries to some parts of Asia and other remote regions might face occasional delays that are beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the respective carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your gear on its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand by our gear. If your order isn’t perfect, you have 15 days after receiving it to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please reach out to us at [email protected] to start the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
